To help you get started with Brezzels right away, here's an overview of the entire platform. There are separate documents for all the other important tools — this one is about the big picture first, so you understand how everything fits together.
The Home page
When you log in, you first land on the Home page. At the top, you're greeted by your name. Below that, under "Start your journey," you'll find a helpful overview showing what you still need to do to set up your profile optimally:
- Verify your email address
- Upload a profile picture
- Add a bio
- Link your socials
- Set up automated messages
- Create a free post
- Create a Pay-to-Unlock post
- Create a Discovery post
As soon as you complete one of these, it's automatically checked off.
The three most important post types
On the Home page, you'll also find the three most important post types on Brezzels:
- Feed Post – Visible to everyone who has an active subscription with you.
- Pay-to-Unlock Post – Posts that fans can't see directly. They have to be unlocked in addition to the subscription.
- Discovery Post – Shown in our Discovery feed. This post can be seen by anyone with a fan account on Brezzels (similar to Reels or TikTok).
We'll go into detail on each of these post types in the following documents.
Your key metrics
Further down the Home page, under "How your content is performing," you'll see your most important metrics:
- Total earnings
- Number of posts
- Likes
- Fans
Similar to Instagram, just with a direct link to revenue.
AI support "Liv"
At the bottom of the page, you'll find our AI support agent Liv. Via "Start chat," she'll help you right away if you have questions about the platform or support. We rely heavily on AI so you can work as efficiently as possible.
Feed & News
At the top of the menu, you'll find two areas:
- Feed – Your posted content.
- News – Important platform updates from us.
Chat module
In the chat area, you'll find all conversations with your fans. This is where you build your community, and it's exactly where long-term revenue comes from real interaction.
Posting button
In the middle of the navigation, you'll find the posting button — the dark circle with the plus sign. We'll take a detailed look at exactly how posting works in a separate document.
Notifications
In the notifications area, you'll see:
- Interactions (likes, subscriptions, tips)
- System notices (e.g., email verification)
- Payout requirements
Your profile
Click on the person icon on the far right and select "Edit profile." Here you can customize everything:
- Profile picture
- Username (URL name)
- Display name
- Bio
- Visibility of your fan count
- Online status
You change your cover photo directly in your profile view: tap "View profile" and then "Edit" on the cover photo.
Earnings & Insights
In the Earnings & Insights area, you'll find your complete business dashboard:
- Overview of your revenue
- Statistics
- Statements
- Payout overview
- Post and broadcast statistics
Content & Subscriptions
Under "Content & Subscriptions," you'll find the following areas:
Content Cloud – Works like a normal cloud. Here you upload content, sort it into collections, or use AI Collections for better organization.
Discount campaigns – Perfect for campaigns and revenue pushes.
Scheduled Posts and Scheduled Broadcasts – Your calendar view for everything you've planned in advance.
Audience & Community
Here you'll find:
- My Fans
- My Lists
- My Subscriptions
This helps you structure and organize your community.
Account & Support
At the very bottom of your profile, you'll find:
Report a leak – If content shows up externally, you can react directly here.
Settings – All settings for your account and your creator profile.
Support – Takes you straight to our Help Center.
Settings
In Settings, you can:
- Change language
- Set currency
You also set your subscription price (e.g., €5.99) under "Creator," and you can additionally add:
- Social media links
- Amazon wishlist
- Content collaborators
- Payout information
