Here you can not only message your fans normally, but also share all kinds of content — for example photos, videos, or other content similar to a feed post, with the difference that you send it directly in chat and can optionally set a price. You can also send voice messages or PDFs, making the experience even more personal for your community. Another advantage is that fans can tip you, and you can use Fan Insights in the “Insights” tab to add personal notes about individual fans so you always keep track of your community.
