Auto messages are a strategic tool that automatically reacts to important events and strengthens your bond with fans.
They help you show up in key moments without manually writing each time — especially important because early touchpoints often decide whether a fan stays connected long-term.
How to set up auto messages
Go to your Brezzels profile → Settings → Messenger. There you’ll find automated messages.
You can customize three events: New fan, Subscription canceled, and First purchase.
1) New fan subscribed
This is a crucial moment for first contact. You can set a personal welcome message or even send an exclusive content package right away so the fan feels valued.
Many successful creators use this to open the chat immediately — because a large part of revenue is generated in private chat.
Keep the message general enough to work for every fan, but written in your natural voice.
2) Subscription canceled
A cancellation isn’t the final end — it’s a chance to win the fan back. Set a message that re-activates them (e.g., a small free extra, a preview of upcoming content, or what’s planned next). The goal: regain attention and create a reason to resubscribe.
3) First purchase
A first purchase is a strong trust signal. A thank-you message (optionally with a small bonus) works great here.
Why auto messages matter
Auto messages ensure no key moment is wasted. You strengthen fan connection automatically, start the private-chat dialog early, increase repeat purchase likelihood, and reduce manual effort.
Used well, auto messages are a quiet but highly effective part of keeping fans on your Brezzels profile long-term.
